DITA Eyewear is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our luxury eyewear; we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all original packaging, including the protective case and authenticity card, is included with your return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Prepaid Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print for a seamless return process.
Secure Packaging
Place the frames and all included accessories back into the original DITA box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the exterior.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
